Bruce Shaw Consulting Ltd. provides energy audit services for all types and sizes of commercial buildings. Our Commercial Energy Audit involves a detailed qualitative analysis which will assess the existing energy usage and identify where energy and money can be saved. Our detailed advisory report will highlight problem areas and categorise their potential payback period over time.

All Bruce Shaw Consulting Ltd. staff are chartered quantity surveyors and are able to provided detailed cost advise on value engineering options on the building envelope and HVAC systems with the aim of reducing the initial capital costs.

All of the staff proposed to work on your commercial building, have completed a SEI approved accredited Building Energy Rating (NDBER) courses and are SEI registered assessors and have completed training on the use of SBEM so that they can conduct assessments on commercial buildings.
